We are looking for a skilled and proactive CRM & MIS Executive to support client relationship management, data analysis, and inter-departmental coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience from the transport, logistics, courier, or supply chain industry along with strong reporting and analytical abilities.

Experience: 2–5 years in CRM, MIS reporting, or operations support roles within the logistics or transport sector

Education: Graduate from a recognized institution, preferably with a secretarial, commerce, or business administration background

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer data, shipment records, and performance dashboards through CRM and MIS tools
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review and operational tracking
  • Follow up with branches, operations teams, and clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Support service performance analysis, cost tracking, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Assist management with data-driven insights for decision-making and process improvement
  • Maintain accurate communication logs, documentation, and Excel-based reports

Core Skills & Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
  • Strong customer service orientation and follow-up discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English or Hindi
  • Knowledge of data management, CRM tools, and operations coordination
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
