Short Job Description – CRM Executive (Zoho Sales CRM)

Position: CRM Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Senior CRM Coordinator

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing daily Zoho Sales CRM operations, maintaining accurate data, supporting lead management, and assisting the Senior CRM Coordinator in reporting and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update leads, customer data, and follow-up status in Zoho CRM.
  • Support lead allocation and track timely follow-ups by the sales team.
  • Prepare basic MIS, daily/weekly reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure CRM process compliance across teams.
  • Coordinate with sales executives and dealers for data updates.
  • Assist in basic CRM support and training for users.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Sales Coordination / MIS roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM preferred.
  • Strong skills in Excel and data management.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
