Crm Executive/ Customer Relations

Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate sales data, supporting the sales team, and ensuring effective follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately and regularly
- Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups through the CRM platform
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
- Generate sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review
- Monitor the sales pipeline and highlight gaps or delays to the sales team
- Ensure proper documentation of client interactions, quotations, and orders
- Support sales campaigns by managing customer lists and communication records
- Handle basic customer queries and route them to the appropriate sales representative
- Ensure data confidentiality and CRM process compliance
- Assist in improving CRM processes and workflows for better efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in sales coordination or CRM management
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Vtiger, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in sales operations or inside sales support
- Knowledge of lead management and sales funnel processes
Salary: 20 to 30K for experienced per month and can be negotiable depends upon person ability.
