MIS Executive – Quotation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive with strong expertise in quotation preparation and management. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, strong command over MS Excel/ERP systems, and the ability to prepare accurate and competitive quotations as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage quotations as per client and business requirements.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports, sales data, and quotation trackers.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate pricing.
  • Analyze historical data to provide insights for cost optimization and pricing strategies.
  • Generate weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Ensure all quotations comply with company policies and profitability targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and version control for all quotations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of quotation making, costing, and pricing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Business/Statistics/related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MIS and quotation preparation.
