About the Job:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across SEO, Performance Marketing (paid ads), and Retention Marketing (email, SMS, loyalty, etc.). The ideal candidate should be data-savvy, creative, and well-versed in digital marketing tools and best practices.

KRAs:

SEO:

  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and page structure for improved organic rankings.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc.

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Set up conversion tracking, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS.
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators for high-performing ad creatives.

Retention Marketing:

  • Develop and manage customer retention strategies through email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty programs.
  • Create segmented marketing journeys to engage users at different lifecycle stages.
  • Work with CRM tools like Klaviyo, MoEngage, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Analyze customer behavior, churn, and engagement metrics to optimize retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in SEO, paid ads, and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, CRM/email platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
