About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager with proven experience managing global brands and international campaigns within a digital marketing agency environment. You will be responsible for scaling budgets, optimizing paid media performance, and delivering strong business outcomes across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale high-performance campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Pmax )
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage international accounts and adapt campaigns to global markets, audiences, and compliance requirements.
  • Optimize full-funnel strategies including audience segmentation, bidding models, and conversion events.
  • Conduct A/B tests across creatives, copy, campaign structures, and landing pages.
  • Track and improve key KPIs - ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, etc.
  • Oversee pacing, budget allocation, and forecasting across multiple client accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with global client teams and internal cross-functional departments.
  • Ensure proper tracking setup -Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, conversions.
  • Prepare performance dashboards and present insights directly to clients.
  • Stay updated with advertising platform changes, international trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Demonstrated success managing International clients or global campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager & Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, customer journey mapping & global audience behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
