Role Overview

We're seeking a CRM Manager who can manage, optimize, and automate our real estate client pipelines. You'll oversee CRM integrations, lead nurturing workflows, and ensure every prospect is tracked, followed up, and converted efficiently.

Your goal: turn leads into loyal clients through precision, consistency, and smart automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or custom CRMs used by real estate clients).

  • Create and automate lead nurturing sequences for property inquiries and follow-ups.

  • Track lead journeys — from ad click to closing — and ensure zero drop-offs.

  • Coordinate with sales teams in GCC to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

  • Analyze CRM data and prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead performance, conversions, and client engagement.

  • Segment leads by location, property interest, and buyer intent for targeted campaigns.

  • Maintain client satisfaction through timely communication and organized pipelines.

  • Suggest and implement improvements in lead quality, response time, and conversion efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of CRM or client relationship experience (preferably in real estate or marketing agencies).

  • Familiarity with GCC real estate market dynamics is a huge plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Understanding of real estate lead flow from ad campaigns to closing.
