We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will maintain strong client connections, identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
  • Address and resolve customer problems promptly and professionally.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and prospects.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
  • Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage CRM software.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy and the ability to adapt communication style to different customers.
  • Open to travel PAN India when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹274, ₹500,000.00 per month
