Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

We are hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive for a reputed Business Services company located in Greater Kailash, Delhi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client interaction, relationship management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Greater Kailash, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions or service recommendations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain retention.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements efficiently.
  • Keep accurate records of client communications and feedback.
  • Assist in identifying business opportunities through client interactions and feedback.
  • Support sales and operations teams in enhancing customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client relationships professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client servicing, or relationship management will be preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
