Job Description : Customer Relationship Manager & General Administration
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and professional candidate to manage Customer Relationships and General Administration. The role involves calling and following up with customers via phone and WhatsApp, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Make regular calls and WhatsApp follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries.
Act as the primary contact for clients and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate customer records and reports using CRM tools.
Support administrative tasks including documentation, data management, office coordination, and travel/meeting arrangements.
Assist HR/Admin team in maintaining basic office and employee records.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Diploma in Business/Administration/Marketing.
Experience in customer relationship management, customer calling, or administration.
Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong mathematical ability for reports and office calculations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Personal Attributes
Presentable, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude with a customer-service mindset.
