  11. Collecting and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to develop new strategies for meeting customer needs
  12. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
  13. Planning and managing communication campaigns to engage customers
  14. Identifying and implementing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  15. Coordinating with other teams to ensure consistency in customer interactions and to streamline the customer experience
  16. Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics
  17. Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organizations products or services to provide accurate information to customers
