Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Customer Relations Manager (CRM) to lead and enhance our client experience strategy. The ideal candidate will build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive customer loyalty and retention across all touch points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for premium customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries or issues.
  • Manage customer databases (CRM systems) to track preferences, buying patterns, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Create and monitor customer satisfaction metrics, reporting insights to senior management.
  • Organize exclusive customer events, experiences, and engagement programs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling premium products. Lead and mentor the customer service team to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within luxury retail, premium furniture, interiors, or lifestyle products, preferably within the premium furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with high-value clientele.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and customer data analysis.
