Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head located in Chennai. The State Head will oversee the state's operations, manage customer relationships, and drive sales performance. Key responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, coordinating with the central teams, managing the local team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The State Head will also be responsible for market analysis and developing growth strategies for the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Knowledge of the solar industry and market trends is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel as required within the state
