Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Gurgaon. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and proposing customized solutions for healthcare and wellness centers. The individual will also analyze market trends, create strategies to drive partnerships, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
  • Ability to work independently, achieve/ exceed sales targets, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the healthcare, fintech, or related industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM tools and other business development software
