About Us:
SpartX is a fast-growing Mohali-based company delivering custom software, web, and digital solutions to clients worldwide. We are expanding our business team and looking for a BDM / IT Sales Manager experienced in Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding platforms to drive new projects and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn.
- Prepare proposals and manage end-to-end client communication.
- Collaborate with the technical team to deliver IT solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term international client relationships.
- Track performance, update CRM, and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- 2–8 years in online bidding / IT sales / Upwork business development.
- Strong understanding of software/web/app solutions or digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
- Proven track record of closing international projects.
- Target-driven and proactive mindset.
