Sales Executive and Assistant Manager

*Job Responsibilities*
* Identify and generate leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, messaging, business networking, etc.).
* Handle client interactions across *B2B and B2C segments, both in **domestic and international markets*.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
* Understand client requirements and collaborate with the internal team to provide solutions.
* Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
* Travel may be required for client meetings, events, or business development activities.
### *Requirements*
* *Education:* Any graduate / MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
* *Experience:* 0-5 years in sales/marketing/business development (IT sales experience will be a plus).
* Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in *English*.
* Proficiency in using professional networking and sales tools (LinkedIn, email, MS Office, etc.).
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Candidates must have their own *personal laptop*.
