Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Banquet Sales Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Banquet Sales Manager will be responsible for managing banquet sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring successful execution of events. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing catering sales. The role also involves event planning, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth operation of events from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Sales Management and Catering Sales
- Event Planning expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
