Sales Manager with prior sales experience to handle site visits, client follow-ups, and closures for premium commercial properties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their need and with channel partners to get more customers.

Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers, attend walk-ins, explain the projects, and close the deals.

Handle walk-in and scheduled site visits.

Act as the single point of contact for clients from post-site visit till final sale closure.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions.

Regular follow-ups with prospects and active pipeline management.

Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates and deal support.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Work with operations, marketing and finance teams to ensure the work is done.

Work in collaboration with the marketing and CRM teams for effective lead follow-up.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.1–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and take strategic decisions.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Candidates with a Real Estate background will be given priority.
