Job Opportunity

Operational Excellence Leader: Drive the success of banqueting and catering services at a high-volume venue in Jaipur, ensuring exceptional guest experience, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations for all banquet and catering functions, including planning, execution, and team management.
  • Collaboration and Delivery: Work with sales, culinary, and service teams to deliver outstanding events—corporate, social, and weddings.
  • Process Development: Create and implement SOPs for seamless event logistics, from setup through execution and close-out.
  • Quality and Service: Monitor quality standards, guest satisfaction, and service delivery across all events and catering operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams in banqueting, kitchen stewarding, and F&B; recruit, train, and manage departmental staff.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage financial resources, control costs, and drive efficiencies for maximum profitability.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain compliance with health, safety, food handling, and local regulations.
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture client relationships to maximize repeat business and event referrals.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze operational metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvements in processes and performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years' operational leadership experience in banqueting and catering in hotels or high-volume venues in Jaipur.
  • Skills: Demonstrated expertise in team management, event operations, and logistical planning.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Event Management: Proven track record of handling premium events and client satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office, event management systems, and financial controls.
