  • Candidate should be a good people manager who motivates and guides his team of Relationship managers to achieve their respective target.
  • Candidate would also be the brand ambassador for the organization. His behavior and conduct should be impeccable.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales Targets month on month
  • Direct sourcing of customer for loan against property.
  • Work with internal support teams to ensure seamless servicing for customers.
  • Preference will be given if have experience in affordable LAP.
  • Preference if have little legal knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Above 2 years of experience.
  • Should have worked in similar roles.

    Go getter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

    Should be confident and self-motivated.

    Should be a local person.

    Must know the market and competitors
