**Job Title**: Sales Manager - Home Loan & LAP
**Location**: Rajahmundry
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Manager** with a minimum of **2 years of experience in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate business for Home Loan and LAP products through direct sourcing, market visits, and relationship building.

- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to documentation and disbursement.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with local market channels.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct customer meetings, understand financial needs, and provide suitable product solutions.

- Maintain daily reporting, MIS, and follow-up trackers.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of Home Loans/LAP products.

- Strong market knowledge and existing channel relationships in Rajahmundry region.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.

- Graduation preferred.

- Should be target-oriented and self-driven.

- Two-wheeler and local market knowledge is an added advantage.
