Job Description We’re Hiring – Sales Managers  & Relationship Manager (LAP Business) Location:  Tiruapti, Tamil Nadu CTC:  Upto 8 LPA Openings: B-LAP  – 2 Position Individual role Role:  Sales Manager  You will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) business , managing a high-performing sales team, achieving disbursement targets, and ensuring growth in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the LAP portfolio (Business LAP / Prime LAP). Drive business through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. Ensure Sales targets are met and revenues are justified for the business  Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Requirements: Minimum 2years of experience in LAP  (Business/Prime). Proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets. Strong local market knowledge (NCR). Excellent communication and team management skills.
