Job Title: Sales Manager – Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Visakhapatnam | Tirupati CTC: Up to 8 LPA Experience: 4–6 Years About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive our Business Loan Against Property (B-LAP) vertical. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing and managing secured loan products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers for Business Loan Against Property. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for LAP disbursements. Generate leads through direct sourcing, connectors, and channel partners. Evaluate customer creditworthiness in collaboration with credit and risk teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and KYC norms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Support and mentor team members to maximize productivity and sales performance. Key Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–6 years of experience in Business Loan / LAP sales . Strong understanding of financial products, lending processes, and property valuation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the BFSI sector.
