**Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid two-wheeler for daily commute.
- Substantial experience in the sales and marketing field, preferably in a related industry.
- Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility towards assigned tasks.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and excellent negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the routes of surrounding districts of Visakhapatnam.
- Flexibility in work timings; may require early starts as early as 8 AM based on assigned routes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote company products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the designated territory.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective targets and objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred).

Experience makes up for the lack of education
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a minimum of [] years in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driving license.

**Remuneration**: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills, and will be determined based on industry standards.
