Senior Manager – Business LAP Location: Andhra Pradesh – Vizag Department: Business Loan Against Property (BLAP) Designation: Senior Manager Experience Required: 5–10 years in LAP / Business LAP sourcing CTC Range: As per internal banding Role Overview: Responsible for leading Business LAP sourcing in Vizag through strong channel management, market acquisition, customer engagement, and ensuring high-quality proposal submissions while meeting monthly business volumes. Key Responsibilities: • Drive Business LAP sourcing with DSAs, connectors & direct customers • Deliver monthly sourcing, login & disbursement targets • Evaluate customer profiles, business financials & property documents • Collaborate with internal credit & ops teams for timely turnover • Expand partner ecosystem and maintain strong relationship management • Maintain compliance, accuracy, and portfolio quality standards • Monitor competition & update leadership on market trends • Support team coordination wherever required (if applicable) Candidate Requirements: • 5–10 years experience in BLAP / LAP / SME sourcing • Strong understanding of Vizag business lending market • Excellent DSA/channel partner relationships • Ability to drive high-volume business with quality sourcing • Strong negotiation, communication & underwriting understanding About the Organization: A respected NBFC offering secured lending solutions with a strong focus on governance, transparent credit practices, quick TAT, digital processes, and long-term employee development.
