Service Revenue Sales Manager – AMC

We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Revenue Sales Manager to lead and grow
our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and service revenue business. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in service sales, customer relationship management, and
business development within the HVAC or engineering services industry.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute strategies to increase AMC and service revenue across existing and
new clients
Identify new business opportunities and drive conversion of AMC contracts
Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewal of service contracts
Prepare and present customized AMC proposals and quotations
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Track and analyze sales performance and provide periodic revenue reports
Ensure revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals are met
Manage and guide a small team of service sales executives (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
6–10 years of experience in Service Sales / AMC Sales (preferably HVAC industry)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance contracts
Proven ability to achieve targets and manage customer accounts effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
