Job Summary:

The Manager – Service Revenue (West Region) will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic pricing, forecasting, and process optimization within the service business vertical. This role involves developing and executing revenue enhancement strategies for annual maintenance contracts, spare parts sales, and one-time services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial skills to monitor performance, manage receivables, and ensure profitability. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and finance—to align business goals and achieve consistent revenue performance across the region.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective revenue and pricing strategies for service business growth.

    • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.

    • Forecast and report revenue performance with clear, data-driven recommendations.

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

    • Manage receivables to ensure timely collections and minimize overdue accounts.

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to achieve aligned revenue objectives.

    • Monitor KPIs and communicate performance insights to management for informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 5–8 years of experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or a related role (preferably in the service industry).

    • Proficiency in financial software, forecasting methods, and advanced Excel/data analysis tools.

    • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (spoken) and English (spoken & written).
