Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) – WeWakeSpiritual Sutra Pvt. Ltd. (brand: WeWake) is India's premier online Vedic wisdom consultancy, empowering clients globally with astrology consultations, courses, and community Poojas.We're seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer to own end-to-end revenue growth, build our in-house commercial engine, and scale to thousands of monthly consultations. Please apply on Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a unified revenue strategy covering marketing, sales, and customer successOwn all performance marketing channels (Meta, Google Ads, SEO), maximizing RoAS, optimizing CAC, and driving sustainable growthDesign and manage the full sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, conversion, and post-sale nurturing (email, WhatsApp)Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance commercial team and vendor partners, transitioning critical functions as neededPartner with operations to recruit, train, and deploy astrologers at scale, ensuring service quality and utilization targetsDefine, track, and report on key metrics (revenue, bookings, CAC, LTV, funnel conversion rates) with actionable insightsCollaborate with product/tech teams to optimize our proprietary consultation platform and automate growth workflowsIdentify new revenue streams (webinars, courses, partnerships) to diversify the business model and improve client lifetime valueRequired Qualifications & Experience10–15 years in senior revenue roles at B2C or service-led organizations (astrology, religion, mental health, wellness, personal development, education, consulting)Proven track record driving > ₹10 Cr annual revenue through digital acquisition and high-touch sales in any previous experienceDeep domain expertise in performance marketing, sales process design, CRM/automation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Strong analytical skills: building and interpreting dashboards, forecasting, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-makingExperience managing external agencies and vendors, with a clear bias toward building internal capabilityDemonstrated ability to recruit, train, and scale specialized talent in a high-quality service environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsCompensation & BenefitsFixed Base Salary: ₹24lacs to ₹36lacs per annumPerformance Bonus: Tied to quarterly revenue and efficiency targetsEquity: ESOP grant vested over timeThis is a Mumbai based jobHow to ApplyPlease complete the short form on WeWake is committed to empowering individuals through authentic Indian wisdom.
