Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification:
 Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (ICWA)

Location:
 Mumbai, Lower Parel

Reports to:
 CEO

Role Objective

Lead the company's financial strategy with a strong commercial focus — aligning finance with sales operations to drive revenue growth, profitability, and efficient distributor performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Sales Finance
     – Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales and distributor revenue targets. Partner with sales leadership to evaluate pricing, discounts, and incentive structures.
  • Distributor Management
     – Design financial controls for distributors including collections, and margin tracking. Analyze profitability per distributor, region, and product.
  • Financial Planning & Control
     – Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis focused on sales performance and profitability. Strengthen working capital management and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Business Insights
     – Deliver actionable insights on sales trends, margins, and cost structures. Create dashboards and KPIs linking financial results with sales outcomes.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
     – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to achieve revenue targets. Mentor finance and commercial teams to ensure accountability and performance excellence.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
    years post-qualification experience, preferably in FMCG, industrial products, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record in 
    sales finance, channel finance, and distributor revenue management
    .
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership skills with the ability to translate financial data into business strategy.
