Role Overview:

As CFO of Juhu Beach Resorts Ltd, the candidate is responsible for leading the company's

financial strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and protecting shareholder value. The CFO (who is

a Key Management Personnel under the companies act 2013) oversees financial planning,

compliance, governance, and performance monitoring of the hotel asset operated by Marriott.

Key Responsibilities:


•Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and investor reporting.


•Monitor financial performance on a monthly basis of JW Marriott Juhu and ensure alignment

with owner expectations and the Hotel Management Agreement (HMA).


•Review operator financial submissions (monthly P&L, budgets, forecasts) and lead owner-side

financial oversight.


•Develop and manage capital expenditure plans and funding strategies in line with board

approvals.


•Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate governance norms, and internal

controls.


•Liaise with auditors, regulators, banks, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.


•Present financial updates to the Board and support strategic decision-making with financial

analysis.


•Evaluate risk management practices and optimize the capital structure of the company.

Qualifications:


•Chartered Accountant (CA) Desirable..


•15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with experience in hospitality or real estate

preferred.


•Strong understanding of Indian corporate law, taxation, financial controls, and hospitality asset

management.


•Effective communicator with experience engaging board members, operators, and external stakeholders.
