Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Chief Financial Officer, located in Navi Mumbai. The Group Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, preparation of financial statements, and financial reporting. This role requires strategic financial management, analytical skills to evaluate financial data, and the ability to provide insights on financial performance. Collaboration with other executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals is essential. Will be handling ESOP's, Fundraising for the organisation at large scale for various projects.

Qualifications & Expertise Needed

  • Must have handled ESOP's.
  • Fund Raising expert
  • Proficient in SAP
  • CA by qualification
  • Financial Planning, Finance, and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Relevant experience in the corporate service sector needed.
