Job Description - Business Development Manager (Remote)

About Growvoo Digital

Growvoo Digital is a fast-growing digital agency delivering high-quality services to global clients. We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager who can independently manage the complete sales cycle and accelerate our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the entire sales process independently - from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Acquire new clients for our core digital services (SEO, SMM, Website Development, 360 digital marketing services).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to scaling the sales team (managing executives in the upcoming months).

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or B2B services provider.
  • Experience in working with startups and handling fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital services and the ability to pitch them effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and a strong "can-do attitude."
