Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Ayurvedic Healthcare Products
Location: Delhi
Reports to: Sales Head / Regional Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand the market presence of our Ayurvedic healthcare products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Ayurvedic or natural healthcare products and a strong network within the pharmaceutical, retail, or wellness sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
 - Drive sales growth for Ayurvedic healthcare products in the assigned region/territory.
 - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
 - Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through field visits, online platforms, and distributor networks.
 - Business Development:
 - Develop and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, clinics, wellness centers, and Ayurvedic practitioners.
 - Explore and onboard new distribution channels, including e-commerce and modern trade.
 - Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
 - Product Promotion:
 - Organize product demos, promotional activities, and awareness campaigns.
 - Provide training to sales teams, channel partners, and healthcare professionals on product benefits and usage.
 - Market Strategy:
 - Assist in pricing, positioning, and promotion strategies tailored to the Ayurvedic healthcare market.
 - Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaign planning.
 - Reporting:
 - Maintain regular sales reports, client records, and market intelligence.
 - Report key metrics, challenges, and business opportunities to management.
 
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA is a plus.
 - 3–6 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Ayurvedic, nutraceutical, or healthcare sectors.
 - Strong network in the healthcare/wellness/FMCG ecosystem.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 - Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
 - Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs.
 
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and industry compliance.
 - Experience working with Ayurvedic doctors, pharmacies, and wellness chains.
 - Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools.
 
Compensation:
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives + travel allowance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
