Lead Generation Executive

We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the real estate sector.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Develop strategies to increase lead volume while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Campaign Management:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and make data-driven optimizations.
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize effectiveness.
- Audience Targeting:
- Identify and segment the target audience for effective ad targeting.
- Use retargeting strategies to re-engage potential leads.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare detailed reports on lead generation performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven expertise in running and optimizing performance-based campaigns.
- Preferred experience in real estate lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Ability to manage budgets and achieve lead targets.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
