We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the real estate sector.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Develop strategies to increase lead volume while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and make data-driven optimizations.
  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize effectiveness.
  • Audience Targeting:
  • Identify and segment the target audience for effective ad targeting.
  • Use retargeting strategies to re-engage potential leads.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare detailed reports on lead generation performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven expertise in running and optimizing performance-based campaigns.
  • Preferred experience in real estate lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to manage budgets and achieve lead targets.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
