Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Generation Executive | B2B/B2C. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting market research, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Daily tasks will include managing the lead generation process from initial contact to qualification, as well as maintaining accurate records of leads and developing strategies to reach potential customers. The role requires effective communication with both internal teams and external clients to ensure a smooth sales process.
Qualifications
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and ensure they meet the set criteria.
Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.
Schedule meetings and video conferencing calls between clients and the sales team.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation and cold calling (preferably in a pre-sales environment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Should be Proficient in English and Hindi ( Knowing regional language is a plus )
Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
