Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director (MD) of Biorad Medisys Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong exposure to MNC work culture, corporate governance, and process industry operations. The EA will act as the MDs right hand, ensuring smooth execution of strategic priorities, high-level coordination, and effective business communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Business Support

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the MD in business decision-making.
  • Prepare business reports, presentations, and MIS dashboards for management reviews.
  • Support in driving strategic projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track key deliverables, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of commitments made by the MD.

2. Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritize the MD's schedule, meetings, and travel.
  • Draft, review, and manage business correspondence, reports, and policy documents.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the MD's office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.

3. Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Liaison with Board Members, CXOs, senior leaders, and external partners.
  • Support MD in preparation for Board meetings, audits, investor reviews, and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, ethical standards, and company protocols.

4. Process Industry Orientation

  • Apply knowledge of process/manufacturing industry operations to align MD's directives with ground realities.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, production efficiencies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support MD in evaluating business expansions, greenfield projects, and technology adoptions.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business acumen with exposure to process/manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in handling CXO-level coordination in MNCs.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret business and financial data.
  • High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex situations with agility.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business tools.
