Role & responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to drive business-aligned HR strategies
  • Lead workforce planning, succession pipelines, and agile organizational structures
  • Manage full-cycle hiring and onboarding for sales roles across markets and channels Strengthen sales effectiveness through precision training and data-driven performance frameworks
  • Foster performance-driven culture via field coaching, timely feedback, and engagement programs
  • Resolve employee relations with empathy; drive retention through pulse surveys and action planning
  • Deliver powerful HR analytics to steer leadership decisions, improve manpower utilization, compliance, and frontline productivity
  • Drive competitive incentive frameworks linked to market share growth and sales targets

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA (Full-time) in Human Resources with 12+ years of HRBP experience, including over 5 years supporting Sales teams in FMCG or FMCD sector.
  • Proven expertise in leadership influence, talent management, negotiation, HR analytics, and stakeholder engagement within fast-paced consumer-driven environments.
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms, ATS systems, Excel for analytics, and PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
  • Demonstrates a business-first mindset and agility, backed by a data-driven approach and empathetic leadership style that resonates with frontline and commercial teams.
  • Open to frequent travel.
