Role Summary:

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering learning programs across off-roll employees through classroom, virtual, and on-field interventions. The role includes conducting induction, functional, behavioural, and compliance trainings, along with supporting content enhancement, LMS adoption, and training effectiveness measurement through field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Induction Training

  • Conduct induction programs for new joiners (off-roll employees) as per the defined timelines.
  • Ensure that all participants understand company culture, policies, and processes.

2. Functional & Behavioural Training

  • Deliver functional and behavioural training modules as assigned.

3. Compliance Training

  • Facilitate completion of compliance training modules in coordination with the L&D, HRBP and Compliance teams.

4. Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end coordination including nominations, attendance, feedback collection, and post-training follow-ups.

5. Content Support

  • Suggest improvements or updates in training content based on participant feedback or business inputs.

6. LMS Support & Adoption

  • Promote usage of the Learning Management System among employees.

7. Training Effectiveness & Feedback

  • Collect and compile participant feedback and share insights with the L&D Team.

8. Reports & MIS

  • Maintain accurate training attendance records, program reports, and dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline; Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    2–4 years of experience in training delivery, preferably in BFSI, automotive, or retail sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct engaging classroom and field sessions
  • Good understanding of sales/service processes (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS platforms
  • Excellent coordination and reporting abilities
  • Proficiency in regional languages (essential for field-level training)
