Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Yoga Instructor and Gym Trainer located in Gurugram. The Yoga Instructor will be responsible for conducting yoga classes, specifically focusing on Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles, and providing gym training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include creating and leading yoga sessions, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for participants, developing personalized fitness plans, and communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Yoga Instruction, specifically Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles
  • Strong Teaching and Communication skills
  • Ability to create a safe and welcoming environment for participants
  • Experience in developing personalized fitness plans
  • Relevant certifications in Yoga Instruction and Fitness Training are beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Possess a calm and motivating demeanor
