We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Poise Instructor (preferable a Male for grooming of male employees) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, with at least three years of experience. This role requires extensive travel to various locations to conduct training sessions. Knowledge of makeup application and techniques is essential, and experience in image consulting is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct poise and etiquette training sessions, ensuring high levels of engagement and effectiveness.
  • Travel extensively to deliver training programs at various locations as needed.
  • Provide personalized feedback and coaching to help enhance confidence and presentation skills.
  • Utilize knowledge of makeup application to offer guidance and demonstrations during training sessions.
  • Incorporate principles of image consulting to assist audience in improving their personal and professional image.
  • Develop and update training materials to keep content relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure consistency and quality of training programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of training outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in training or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of makeup application and techniques.
  • Experience in image consulting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively as part of the job requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with audience and understand their needs.
  • High level of professionalism and personal grooming.
  • Certification in relevant areas of training, makeup artistry, or image consulting is a plus.
