Role Summary
You'll own end-to-end hiring for tech, hardware, operations, manufacturing, sales, and corporate roles. From workforce planning and sourcing to offer closure and onboarding, you'll build predictable pipelines, reduce TAT, and elevate candidate experience while ensuring compliance (POSH, EOO) and strong employer branding.
What You'll Do
- Intake & Planning
- Run role-intake with hiring managers (JD finalization, competencies, salary bands, interview panel).
- Create hiring plans per quarter; maintain req tracker and weekly dashboards.
- Sourcing & Pipeline
- Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, campus/job fairs, referrals, and niche communities.
- Build bench for priority roles (Field Ops, Service Engineers, Production, Sales, Firmware/Cloud, Design, Finance).
- Screening & Evaluation
- Run structured phone screens; align assessments (skills tests, case tasks, factory/field ride-alongs).
- Schedule interviews, calibrate with panels, capture feedback in ATS within 24 hours.
- Offer & Onboarding
- Run compensation mapping, negotiations, and offer letters; coordinate BG checks, pre-boarding, Day-1 onboarding.
- Track 30/60/90-day success; partner with HRBP for early-tenure retention.
- Stakeholder & Process
- Publish weekly funnel metrics (sourced→screened→interviewed→offered→joined), aging, TAT, and drop-off.
- Maintain structured interview guides, rubrics, and diversity-first slates.
- Employer Brand
- Own careers page updates, JD hygiene, and hiring posts; coordinate campus drives & walk-ins.
- Manage agency partners and job boards with clear SLAs and fee terms.
- Compliance & Data
- Ensure EOO/POSH compliance in all hiring communication.
- Keep ATS accurate; audit documents and joiner files.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-growing product or manufacturing environment (hardware + software mix ideal).
- Strong sourcing across white- and blue-collar roles; comfort with factory/field hiring.
- Hands-on with ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit/Lever/Greenhouse), Excel/Sheets dashboards, LinkedIn Recruiter/Naukri.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and written communication.
- Structured interviewing and competency mapping; familiarity with compensation benchmarking.
Nice to Have
- Startup/scale-up experience; campus program set-up; recruiting for IoT/Embedded/Cloud roles.
- Experience hiring service technicians/operators across multiple Indian cities.
- Employer branding/content for LinkedIn and careers microsites.
