Job Role
As an HR Ops Intern at CashKaro, you'll work closely with the People Team to run the backend engine of our HR processes. From managing documentation and updating HRMS to assisting with payroll coordination and internal events—you'll play a key role in making our employee experience smooth and efficient.
This role is ideal for someone who's organized, eager to learn, and ready to take full ownership of tasks—big or small.
Role Specifics - Day in the Life
The core responsibility areas will be:
- Manage employee documentation: offer letters, confirmations, appraisals, exit letters
- Update and maintain employee records in
KEKA (our HRMS) - Support in organizing CK Morning Show, cultural events, and internal HR-led initiatives
- Assist with payroll inputs: leaves, attendance, new hires data
- Draft internal HR mailers via
Outlook
(birthdays, work anniversaries, engagement events) - Use Excel and Word to track and organize HR tasks and reports
- Assist the HRBP and Payroll team as needed with execution, follow-ups, and coordination
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and see them through - no follow-ups required
Must have skills
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong ownership mindset—you take up a project/tasks and close loops
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Clear communicator - both written and verbal
- Professional, reliable, and discreet (you'll work with sensitive data)
