Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities such as documentation, induction coordination, and employee orientation.
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance tracking.
  • Contribute to HR analytics and reporting tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related queries and support.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
