Position Overview

We are seeking a
Human Resources Intern
for a
3-month internship
program. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to impactful people operations. Outstanding performers will receive a
full-time offer
upon successful completion of the internship.


Stipend:
₹7,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple job portals and social platforms.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support payroll documentation, attendance tracking, and compliance processes.
  • Help draft offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Contribute ideas and assist in organizing team engagement activities and events.
  • Support internal communication initiatives and culture-building campaigns.

Learning & Development

  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
  • Gather feedback and analyze participation reports.

Performance & Feedback Support

  • Help coordinate performance review processes.
  • Assist in gathering and compiling feedback from managers and team members.


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year).
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
