The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to exclusively support our high-performing Sales function. This is a unique opportunity to be the vital link between our HR center of excellence and our commercial engine. You will be more than an HR professional; you will be a strategic advisor to sales leadership, a champion for our field and inside sales teams, and a key driver in scaling our sales force to meet ambitious growth targets. Your work will directly impact our ability to captivate new markets and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to the Head of Sales and regional sales managers.
Translate commercial goals into actionable people strategies focused on sales effectiveness, team structure, and capability development.
Analyze sales performance data and people metrics (e.g., attrition, productivity) to provide insights and recommend solutions to improve team health and performance.
Partner with sales leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning for critical sales roles.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to develop innovative strategies for attracting top-tier sales talent (including field sales, key account managers, and inside sales).
Ensure a robust and brand-representative onboarding experience that immerses new sales hires in the Bellavita culture and equips them for rapid success.
Lead the annual performance and compensation cycles for the sales team, ensuring clarity, fairness, and alignment with business objectives.
Advise managers on goal-setting (KPIs), providing constructive feedback, and managing performance improvement plans.
Provide expert guidance on sales incentive structures, commission plans, and bonus schemes to motivate and retain top performers.
Proactively engage with the sales team to gauge morale, identify trends, and develop initiatives to boost engagement and reduce voluntary turnover in a competitive market.
Manage complex employee relations issues within the sales function, ensuring effective resolution in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Act as a trusted confidant and coach for both sales managers and individual contributors.
Identify skill gaps within the sales team and collaborate with the L&D team to design or source targeted training programs (e.g., negotiation skills, CRM mastery, product knowledge).
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner specifically supporting a Sales organization.
- Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within retail, consumer goods, FMCG, or luxury brands.
- Deep understanding of sales dynamics, including compensation plans, sales cycles, and the unique motivations of sales professionals.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
