Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Core Recruitment (70%)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments—Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Maintenance, and Administration.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies tailored for hotel roles, ensuring the right fit for customer-facing and back-end positions.
  • Partner with department heads to anticipate manpower needs based on hotel occupancy and seasonality.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates focusing on hospitality skills and guest service aptitude.
  • Manage walk-in interviews, job fairs, and campus drives specifically for hospitality talent.
  • Negotiate salary offers and finalize employment contracts aligned with hotel policies.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes emphasizing hotel culture, guest service excellence, and compliance.

2. Other HR Functions (30%)

  • Assist in organizing hospitality-specific training programs (guest service, hygiene, safety).
  • Monitor employee attendance and manage shift rosters in coordination with operations.
  • Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment tailored to hotel dynamics.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and hospitality-specific regulations (food safety, safety norms).
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and leave management for hotel staff.
  • Support performance management cycles with hospitality-relevant KPIs.
  • Maintain HR documentation and prepare regular reports on recruitment, attrition, and employee engagement.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 70% of previous experience in core recruitment for hotel/hospitality roles.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and job roles.
  • Ability to recruit across varied hotel departments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws related to hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and HRMS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
