Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws governing the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
