Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
Location: Andheri East (Soon relocating to Lower Parel)
Shift Timings: Rotating shifts between 12:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST & 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for a motivated and organised
Assistant Manager - HR & Admin
to lead and support our human resources and administrative operations. This is a pivotal role where you will help shape our workplace culture and ensure the smooth functioning of our core HR processes.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new talent.
Drive performance management – overseeing appraisals, development plans, and coaching for managers.
Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and implementing engagement strategies.
Oversee HR operations including payroll validation, attendance, leave management, and compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
Leverage HR technology (like Zoho People/Keka) to streamline processes, generate analytics, and provide data-driven insights.
Ensure 100% compliance with all labour laws and manage audits and statutory submissions.
Develop and update HR policies, maintain confidential records, and manage administrative budgets.
The ideal candidate has:
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-8 years of progressive experience in HR & Admin roles.
Hands-on expertise with HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, Keka) for payroll, attendance, and data management.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication skills in English, with superb organisational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive, ethical, and adaptable approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
