Designation Manager Sr Manager - HR Tech Analytics Role HR Tech Lead Preferred Industry FMCG Retail QSR Hospitality Service Manufacturing IT Consumer product industries Qualification MBA-HR Location Mumbai Reports To Head - HR Shared Services Compliance Experience 12 to 15 years of experience in HR with at least 5 to 6 years in the HR Tech Analytics domain Overview of the role This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation management and optimization of HR technology solutions within the HR department for ASL and its subsidiary companies The position will focus on developing and executing HR technology strategies to support the company s business objectives and ensure efficient and effective operations in the HR department Key responsibilities deliverables for the role Lead the implementation and management of HR technology solutions such as performance management systems and employee self-service platforms Identify and propose efficiency-building measures for existing gaps in the existing HR technology solutions like SAP Successfactors Ramco other HRMS platforms Recommend new HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency in HR deliverables in consultation with the HSS and CHRO Support the evaluation selection and implementation of new HR technology solutions including vendor management system integrations and user training Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of HR technology systems ensuring data accuracy system functionality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements Oversee the development and delivery of HR technology-related reports analytics and dashboards to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making Provide guidance and support to the HR tech team to drive performance and ensure effective leadership Design and build a high quality analytics solutions for HR that includes data mining cleansing integration visualization and presentation
