HR Tech Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an HR Tech Specialist. This role will involve supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and tools.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day administration of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS).Support onboarding, data entry, and employee lifecycle processes through HR tech platforms.Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.Help maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.Generate reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and decision-making.Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades and new features.Document processes, user guides, and FAQs for HR tech tools.The ideal candidate should have a passion for HR technology, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
